1. Product Descriptions
Aggdan offers unique, rustic items, each with individual characteristics and natural signs of wood age. Please note that all products may vary slightly in color, size, and appearance compared to the images displayed on the website. If you have any concerns or need further clarification, please feel free to contact us before placing your order.
2. Ordering
To place an order, simply add the desired item(s) to your shopping basket on our website and proceed to checkout, where you can view shipping costs before completing the purchase.
3. Delivery

In Stock Products: Delivery will typically be within 2-10 working days.

Out of Stock Products and Bespoke Orders: Delivery may take between 2-4 weeks once stock becomes available.

Urgent Orders: If you require faster delivery, please contact us prior to placing your order for a quote on expedited shipping.

Bespoke Items: Lead times for handmade, bespoke items can vary. Please check the individual product pages for specific delivery times.
4. Payment

All prices and payments are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

All payment details are encrypted and securely processed through a trusted Payments Service Provider. Aggdan does not store any card details on our website.
5. Returns and Cancellations

Damaged Goods: If the goods are damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately to arrange for a return.

General Returns: Products can be returned within 7 days of receipt, provided the items are in their original condition. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the items, and they should be suitably packaged and insured. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting.

Refunds: Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will issue a refund within 10 days.

6. Bespoke Item Cancellation Policy

Deposit/Full Payment: Once you place an order for a bespoke item and either a deposit or full payment is made, work will begin immediately. Bespoke items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless there is a manufacturing fault or the items are not as ordered.

Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your bespoke order, you may do so within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges will be possible, as manufacturing will have begun.

Changes to Order: Alterations to sizes or finishes cannot typically be made after 24 hours from the time of placing the order.

Faulty or Defective Goods: If the goods are found to be faulty or defective, you are entitled to a full refund or exchange. If the defect is minor, we may offer to rectify the issue at our discretion.
7. Privacy
When you place an order, we collect certain information necessary to fulfil your order. We do not sell, rent, or distribute your personal information to third parties for any reason. If you wish to join our mailing list for product updates or events, we will send you relevant information. You may opt out of our mailing list at any time by contacting us.
