Refund policy

 

If your goods are found to be damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately to arrange a return.

You may return products for any reason within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the product is in its original, unused condition. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the items, ensuring they are suitably packaged and insured. We recommend obtaining proof of posting when returning your order.

Once we receive the returned item, a refund for the cost of the product will be issued within 10 days.

Cancellation Policy for Bespoke Items

When you place an order for bespoke items, and either a deposit or full payment has been made, we begin processing your custom order immediately. As such, bespoke items made to your specifications are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless there is a manufacturing fault or the items do not match what you ordered.

If you wish to cancel your order after payment, cancellations can only be made within 24 hours of your payment. To cancel, please contact us by email, stating your reasons. While cancellations can be made by phone, they must also be confirmed in writing via email.

Please note that once 24 hours have passed after placing your order, cancellations are no longer possible, as production of your bespoke items will have begun. After this time, no refunds or exchanges can be provided if you change your mind or your circumstances change. Additionally, alterations to sizes or finishes cannot be made after this 24-hour period.

If the goods are found to be faulty or defective, you are entitled to either a full refund or an exchange. If the defect is minor or easily rectified, we reserve the right to carry out the necessary repairs or adjustments.
